Your Internet Connection Speed
You will be asked to choose your connection speed to the Internet (bandwidth). This plays an important role on you video viewing experience. If you choose a higher bandwidth option than you have, the video and sound may be choppy. If this happens, choose a lower bandwidth speed.
Video Downloading
When you click on a topic to view that video, please be patient as the video begins to download; it may take a few seconds to start playing. Once there is enough of the video downloaded it will begin to play and continue downloading the rest of the video.
